Using the products
You may use Ayah Player for personal Qur'an listening, reading, study, memorization, organization, and sharing in accordance with applicable law and these terms. Ayah Player is currently provided without a required account, advertising, subscription, or paywall.
Qur'an and third-party content
Qur'an text, translations, tafsir, recitations, timing, fonts, reciter images, and related metadata may come from credited third-party or public sources. Rights remain with their respective owners and licensors. Ayah Apps does not claim ownership over the Qur'an or third-party religious content.
Shared material
You are responsible for how you use exported images, links, recordings, and future Studio output. Keep source attribution where required, avoid misleading edits, and respect the dignity and meaning of Qur'anic content.
Availability and accuracy
We work to keep app data and services available and accurate, but external audio hosts, translations, timing sources, and networks may be incomplete, unavailable, or contain errors. Report tools are provided so issues can be reviewed; they do not automatically change religious or catalog content.
No scholarly ruling
Ayah Apps provides software tools, not fatwas or a substitute for qualified Qur'an teachers and scholars. Tajweed presentation, timing, practice progress, search, and future automated review should be treated as learning aids.
Local data
The current Ayah Player stores user-created libraries, notes, progress, downloads, and private recordings locally. You are responsible for maintaining your device and any backups available through the operating system. Uninstalling or clearing data may permanently remove local information.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt services, bypass rate limits, submit abusive reports, impersonate others, distribute malware, scrape private administrative interfaces, or use Ayah Apps products unlawfully.
Changes and discontinuation
Features may change as the products improve. Public shared links and published legal URLs are intended to remain stable. If these terms materially change, the updated version and effective date will be posted here.
