Fastest option: delete inside the app
In Ayah Learn or Ayah Player, open Settings → Ayah Account → Delete account. Confirming there deletes the signed-in identity, sessions, profile, and synchronized records from the Ayah Apps service.
Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have the app, email hello@ayahapps.com from the email address registered to your Ayah Account. Use the subject Ayah Account deletion request. We may ask you to verify control of that address before deletion.
What is deleted
The request covers your Ayah Account identity, active sessions, profile, and synchronized product records, including Learn progress and Player account-owned records. It does not delete files that exist only on a device, such as downloaded audio or private recitation recordings; remove those in the app or device settings.
Retention
We process verified requests within a reasonably quick period. Short operational backups or records needed for security or legal compliance may remain for a limited period, as described in each product's privacy policy.
